My HONOR is a service platform for HONOR device owners, connecting device management, after-sales support, membership benefits, and product discovery.

As the app evolved to support a broader range of services and business needs, I worked on redesigning its UI and interactions to create clearer content hierarchy, more accessible service entry points, and more consistent patterns across modules.

My role: UI design, interaction design, module-level information hierarchy, visual direction, and shared component development.

I collaborated with UX designer on user flows, partnered with another UI designer to develop and synchronize shared components, and worked with stakeholders to align design goals and modular UI patterns.

The app brought together different user needs, from checking device information and finding after-sales services to exploring membership benefits and new products. However, many screens relied on similar text-and-icon layouts, making different types of information and actions visually indistinct.

I focused on three design challenges:

Sola Salons is a salon booking platform that helps customers discover nearby locations, compare salon professionals, and book appointments. The project focused on simplifying the booking journey by creating a more intuitive search experience and guiding users through a clear sequence of decisions.

The existing booking experience presented friction across the search and selection journey. Fragmented entry points, inconsistent information hierarchy, and unclear navigation made it difficult for users to compare salons and find suitable appointment times. The challenge was to create a more cohesive, predictable flow while making key information easier to find at each step.

As part of a one-week design assignment for a mainstream bank, I explored how AI could make cross-border banking more intuitive and accessible. I researched emerging AI tools and reviewed international transfer flows across banking apps to identify opportunities to simplify complex financial tasks through conversational interaction.

Cross-border transfers require users to navigate financial complexity while making decisions that directly affect their money. The challenge was to reduce the effort required to complete a transfer while ensuring that AI assistance remained transparent, predictable, and trustworthy.

Rather than requiring users to navigate banking menus and complete forms from the start, I explored a conversational approach in which users express their financial goals and the AI guides them through the necessary steps.

The broader opportunity was to help users understand and manage financial tasks through simple, contextual conversations—while using structured interfaces whenever precision and control matter most.

The HONOR 90 product page translates the device’s refined industrial design and functional advancement into an immersive digital experience. My focus was on elevating product storytelling through elegant visuals, motion, and interactive exploration.

Using Figma for both static design and interactive prototyping, I explored transitions, animations, and interaction patterns to bring the product’s visual qualities to life.

I experiment with emerging technologies to explore interaction beyond conventional screens and input methods. Through physical computing, gesture recognition, AR, and AI-assisted prototyping, I investigate how technology can create more intuitive, expressive, and immersive experiences.
